| Tiivistelmä: | The plan of reform of the financial system unveiled at the beginning of 1994 agrees with the goal of the economic system reform on the whole. Compared with financial reform in the 80s, the new plan of financial reform is as great step forward towards marketing, but shows obvious stages and indefiniteness as far as the study and promotion of financial reform, especially practice are concerned. |
