| Tiivistelmä: | The international financial reserve has been increased sharped due to the foreign trade surplus and the foreign fund inflow. This has resulted in a reluctant issuing of large amount of Mo. in a view to purchasing foreign currencies by the Central Bank. There is a continually expanding tendency of China's use of foreign fund. However, if the control over the foreign fund usage is not appropriate or is improper, the general level of domestic products prices will be affected in many aspects and the inflation,, pressure can be hence formed. The Central Bank should make an all around coordination of the currency control target and the foreign exchange rate target, so as to perfect the foreign exchanges and ministration system. |
