| Tiivistelmä: | The objectives of the central bank of Taiwan in its operation are to promote the stabilization of finance, perfect bank's business, maintain the stabilization of currency internally and externally and coordinate economic development. Its enlightenment to the reform in mainland is that to maintain the stabilization of finance should be the first objective of monetary policy. In recent years, China demands the economic growth preceding the stabilization of currency has led to the soaring inflation without a sign of falling. As the low interest rates promoted the expansion of total social demand, the policy of high interest rates should be implemented. |
