| Tiivistelmä: | To establish offshore financial market is the demand of China's economic construction. To do so, China should take the following measures: (1) taking the infiltration-type mode as the main one, (2) actively utilizing the instrument of offshore financial market to develop business in every aspect, (3) adopting preferential policy to promote its establishment, (4) improving China's financial communication network, (5) selecting Shenzhen and Shanghai as the experiment points to promote the economic development in the central area and network areas of financial market. |
