| Tiivistelmä: | The initiation of Euro makes an impact on Hubei province's external trade, the use of foreign fund and the investment abroad. Facing it, the central bank in Hubei shall adopt the following policies: the commercial bank should be permitted to open the business of buying and selling individual's foreign exchange and directed and encouraged to do the business of keeping the value of foreign exchange for their clients. They shall increase the number of service experiment places for the transaction of forward exchange and engage in the business of Renminbi Euro immediate transaction. The managing organization of foreign exchange shall strengthen its supervision over the external debt in the Euro Zone. |
