| Tiivistelmä: | The six major contractions facing the current financial supervision are that of industry-supervision and cross-industry rules-breaking, that of the owner's supervision and the central bank's over-supervision, that of the supervision responsibility handed down and the supervision right handed up, that of the variety of risk motivation and the unity of risk-reducing channel, that of the bank-for-banking and the enterprise-for-government, that of the higher goal of supervision and the lower competence of supervisors. The paper proposes the idea of general supervision be established to promote the need for supervision and constraints on the financial institutions. |
