| Tiivistelmä: | Due to the frequent risks of banking sector, this paper found out the failure of banks' supervision. Thus, it concluded that the major reasons are drawbacks of commercial banks' internal control. At last, it presented a thought concerning "system supervision", which is a new concept regarding supervision based on internal control system of commercial banks, so as to resolve the issues on the failure of banks' supervision. |
