| Tiivistelmä: | There has been some debate on flexibilisation of, working hours. It is obvious that working hours should be more flexible. Following issues have been relevant: (1)The distinction between the operation time of the company and the working hours of its imployees. (2) Structuring of and the management of working hours. The results of a research study in companies of Baden-Württenberg is reviewed. The pros and cons of potentially difficult working-hour-systems are discussed. |
