| Tiivistelmä: | Based on a service degree oriented flexibility measure the paper determines the flexibility of agreements between workers and management concerning flexible working time regulations. These agreements often differ in that certain regulations are quite vague and only fixed for the actual implementation. Hence, the paper discusses the implemen- tability aspect and particularly its impact on the flexible measure. Concentrating on working time agreements concerning the distribution of variable yearly working time the paper calculates the flexibility degree of four different agree- ments and discusses the results one obtains for different implementability situations. |
