| Tiivistelmä: | The features of modern information technology decide the informanization process and the development stage of information society which has the features different from the previous industrial society's. As to international environment, the world economy has been globalized increasingly and the traditional competition replaced by global and comprehensive one. Viewed from the inside of various countries, great change will take place in their industrial structure, and social division of work become more complex and horizontal connection more close with each passing day. The main changes in the pattern of modern enterprises find expression in concept of business and values, organizational structure, power structure and mode of work. |
