| Tiivistelmä: | With the reform of financial system deepening and financial business developing towards internationalization, it is urgent to design a CNFN development model under the guiding ideology, that is, being advanced, safe and reliable in technology, and establishing the generally applicable system structure of network and standards of software. The national financial network can be divided into country-level network, prefecture and city-level network, province-level network, economic regional network and Beijing head office network. Various kinds of banks at every level are connected horizontally while the economic regional settlement centres at every level connected vertically on a reciprocal basis. Then both are linked to each other, thus forming the state's payment system. |
