| Tiivistelmä: | Knowledge economy the refers to the economy based on the production, distribution and use of knowledge and information. It is an economic formation corresponding to agricultural economy and industrial economy. Its most important feature is that it can be used as capital for developing economy. Knowledge will become the fourth production factor after land, labour and capital. Therefore, the hypothetical conditions for the original knowledge studies should be adjusted and knowledge be adjusted from external variable to internal one. As far as practice is concerned, we should observe and study the influence of change in knowledge on other economic variables, facing the change in knowledge stock in knowledge economy system to make the theoretical studies of economy more close to the economic reality. |
