| Tiivistelmä: | Both the theory of information society and the theory of knowledge economy are all the results of rapid development of socioeconomy and high-technology.They are all an economic theory with knowledge innovation as the core and high-tech development as the guidance. Information and knowledge are complementary and overlapping and they are closely related too. Facing knowledge economy, first we should establish the state's innovation system and its structure including knowledge innovation, technology innovation, dissemination and use of knowledge. Second, we should attach importance to human capital and the raising of labourers' quality, that is, cultural and scientific, ideological and ethical and psychological qualities and then train qualified personnel engaged in basic and high-tech research. |
