| Tiivistelmä: | The article provides empirical evidence about the information and communication technologies (hereafter as ICT) effects on labor productivity growth. Particular attention in this econometric analysis is paid to the components of ICT: hardware, software and communications. The analyzed sample of 42 developed and developing countries contained data from years 1993-2001. The findings of both country samples highlight positive and significant ICT growth effect. |
