| Tiivistelmä: | Flexible worktime systems increase the difference between the worktime and the operational period,add new items to the problem catalogue of bargaining. A model-based investigation is completed to make clear the problems emerging when the weekly worktime is shortened and the weekly operational period is made longer. New demands arouse in the number and structure of manpower. Alternative solutions for the amount of production output,the return from sales,and the profit as the model parameters are changed. The cost structure of the plant is sensitive first of all to the changes in quantity of sale and in the wages costs when the flexible worktime systems are introduced. |
