| Tiivistelmä: | Flexible production as an important success factor in competition is characterized. It is shown that flexibility can be planned. A methodology for situational analysis and building up scenarios is presented. The concept of total flexibility is explained. The flexibility of working time as a constituent part of total flexibility is interpreted. In addition, time flexibility can be seen as a special kind of employee benefits. The critical role of time management is highlighted. Based on the preceding examination ten conclusions are drawn. |
