Tiivistelmä:Today it makes sense to switch jobs and broaden one's skills wherever you can, but it's not necessarily an easy task: you have to time your moves carefully. You have to know how you are doing on your job now. You may be doing well but what about your company? Often it's good to make a move when you're on top. The key point is that you keep ready to make a move into the unknown. Always try to be open-minded about your career, thinking about how to expand your skill set. Nowadays there's dozens of useful job sites in the Internet. In personal contacts it is better to be very directed. Recruiters may be looking for a different type of guy than you are, but when they call, always make time to talk. For many potential job hoppers the deal-breaker question may be: "Why do want to leave your current employer?"
