China bears USD 18 millions and has right of 3 ,000 votes. to join the common fund agreement is advantageous to join other international commodity agreements and improving the diversification of the export commodities. That is favorable to the economy. China can invest some developing projects by making use of the fund in the record account to contribute to the production and the innovation of the processing technic of primary products. China has joined many international commodity organizations. |
