| Tiivistelmä: | This paper deals with the principles and the methods of the application of management by policies and objectives (MBPO) to total quality control (TQC). It is pointed out that the combination of MBPO and TQC is the important way to improve the quality of the service. This paper also deals with how to improve the level of MBPO. Finally, some practical methods have been suggested. |
