| Tiivistelmä: | As life insurance services feature long-term, stability and expectation for payment, life insurance companies can acquire a considerable long-term and stable investment fund. If it is put into capital market, it will certainly play a great role in the development of capital market. China's life insurance services are developing rapidly and have a great market potential. But because of a limit to the use of insurance companies' fund, set in the state's policy, the level of fund use is relatively lower and the fund has played a minor role in the development of capital market. Therefore, the author raises suggestions on enlarging business scale of life insurance companies' entering capital market, developing institution investors including life insurance fund and perfecting the related laws and regulations. |
