| Tiivistelmä: | In the analysing process of this essay, no matter calculating on the basis of all examples or groupings according to various standards, we can't draw the conclusion that it is by means of encouraging technological progress that the expansion of import promotes the economic growth. It is by making use of local idle resources and abstracting resources from other places that the expansion of import throughout our country promotes local economic growth. The success of government's favorable policies for midwest regions depends on whether the eastern coastal areas where priority was given to development can really depend on technological progress to realize the transformation of export and the economic growth pattern. |
