| Tiivistelmä: | Compared with other countries under transformation, China has kept a higher savings ratio since reform. At the same time,the state has stronger ability of control over economy. The former has provided considerable financial surplus for economy while the latter made most of financial surplus used for supporting the output growth within system through state-owned banks. On the basis of defining fiscal subsidy and monetary subsidy, this paper establishes a simple monetary subsidy-oriented model of growth within system. Using such a model, it also expounds and proves the logical relationship between monetary subsidy and incremental reform. |
