| Tiivistelmä: | The backward manager-selecting and appointing system has influenced the effect of income system in inspiring and restraining managers' behavior. The great losses suffered by state-owned enterprises in the present stage have been caused mainly by their faults in policy decision on investment in projects. This, however, is closely associated with managers' behavior in risk preference orientation. To rectify such a deviant conduct, we should start with the supervision mechanism of owners and then promote the reform of organizational system of managers. This is both the basic premise of pursuing the annual salary system effectively and the basic system arrangement for enhancing the effect of owners' supervision of managers. |
