| Tiivistelmä: | We must stick to socialization and standardization in reform of old-age pension insurance system, and abandon the old model with a strong supply system colour, welfare nature and all the insurance expense borne by enterprises. The principle of "low level, wide range and basic guarantee" must be followed for it suits China's national situation. In the course of reform, we should per severe in taking a "incremental" road. And we should practise a multi-level old age pension insurance system including the basic old-age pension insurance system, the enterprises' old-age pension insurance as the supplement of the above, personal savings old-age pension insurance and commercial insurance. |
