| Tiivistelmä: | The measures of Chinese government's regulations of the economy on macro-level were changed from increasing effective supply and restraining total demand to expanding domestic demand and adjusting structure of supply in 1998. The monetary policy was changed from harnessing inflation to preventing from deflation. Accord to its judgment of the domestic and international situations, the government decides to implement active fiscal policies and proper monetary ones to expand domestic demand and stimulate economic growth in 1999. |
