| Tiivistelmä: | China's national savings rate is influenced by the growth rate of its economy, agreeable to the economic cycle of fluctuation. Given the invariance of other conditions, an intensifying inflation can decrease the stability of the national savings rate. The key of the national macro economic policy is, therefore, to maintain the stability of macro-economy, thus achieving that in the level of national savings. If necessary, the state can mobilize the inhabitants' finance to be turned into saving resources by using the lever of interest rates. |
