| Tiivistelmä: | This paper's theory and empirical analysis show that the distortion of capital and labour price in the factor market among the enterprises of various economy types exercises a negative impact on China's employment. It is very important to do away with the distortion of prices in the factor market under the current economic situation of intensifying unemployment. First of all, it is to do away with the distortion of labour's price. What is more, it is urgent to quicken the process of uniforming and improving the capital market. |
