| Tiivistelmä: | The authors of the article state that by creating corporate venturing units large corporations pursue financial and strategic objectives. The theoretical and empirical results on corporate venturing which are available so far give rather clear recommendations. The paper also provides an opinion that unfortunately, a number of German corporate venturing units that the authors analysed in an empirical study do not follow these recommendations. The paper provides a number of graphs and a substantial list of references on this subject. |
