| Tiivistelmä: | At present, the shareholder system in China is formed on the basis of traditional national ownership by introducing western property rights forms of shareholder system. So it can not make enterprises the commodity producers with the motive of adding value and long-term developing, as no distinguishing operating mechanism is formed in practice. More stock should be set on implementing share holding system. |
