| Tiivistelmä: | After marching three big steps successfully in the reform of foreign economic and trade system, China is now facing a new task, that is, foreign trade will realize scale operation through enterprises unity. To this end, (1) Several large foreign trade enterprise groups should be formed by the guidance of government's policies and its support; (2) Transforming the enterprises' operational mechanism should be taken as the breach; (3) Raising constantly the macro economic returns should be put in the first place in foreign trade work and also taken as the basic guiding thought of the strategy of intensive operation of foreign trade. |
