| Tiivistelmä: | At present, there have been over 200 state-controlled holding companies which either have already been formed or are being formed. Most of them are reorganized on the basis of large state-owned enterprise groups. There are three modes of shifting. Starting with straightening out 1. the internal property right relations of groups and the relations in management, and taking the transformation of share holding system as the core, they establish a system of parent company and its subsidiaries. |
