Tiivistelmä:This paper describes an experimental approach to define an innovation process on the basis of principles and concepts of complexity theory, and its possible implications on innovation performance and customer relationship. This is part of ongoing applied research carried out at the University of Nyenrode in The Netherlands, at the Nyenrode Institute of Virtual Education and Knowledge Management (NOTION). The Institute is sponsored by a number of firms, including Microsoft and Philips. Applied research is being carried out in the field of Knowledge Management, Virtual Education and Complexity.
