Sole reliance on technical or good communication skills can be seriously limiting in an increasingly complex economic environment. The author describes how Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences can be applied to uncover the mosaic of skills needed to ensure success for both individuals and teams - whichever side of the law. |
