| Tiivistelmä: | A broader conception of control is presented exploring its role within pluralistic organization. The traditional authoritative and consensual versions of the managerial control model doesn't take account of autonomous activity. Control is not management's prerogative. Control is a non-cybernetic system encompassing both managerial and autonomous activity.A new pluralistic governance model has been presented. |
