The authors conclude this series witha short review of the software selection and implementation issues, and options to consider for bringing the theory into practice. In evaluating software ortions the following general considerations need to be made: scope of the system, users and priorities, timing and time-scales, data availability, flexibility and responsiveness, cost and benefits, skills requires for immplementation and support. |
