| Tiivistelmä: | Jurgen Habermas is a philosopher and his fundamentally philosophical views are easy to trace back in his contributions to social study, such as 'The Theory of Communicative Action', l984. The article reviews volume one of this work which is organized as two series of interwoven chapters. Basing himself on a broadened concept of rationality Habermas sees the social world through his ideal of communicative action, instead of explaining societies as they really are. |
