| Tiivistelmä: | We should choose the high beneficial model of economic increase which accord with the develop of market economic and world economy. In the past, the model of focusing only increase speed has brought about the negative effect to the economic development. During the time of shifting from focusing on growth speed to high beneficial model, we should dispel two restrict factors: the first, no-stable macroscopic economic policy; the others, product essential factor can not move rationally. |
