| Tiivistelmä: | It is difficult to solve the issue of defining property right and its divide in short time. It is hard for oil business to change management mechanism. The social circulation that oil business rely on decide they change the condition of enterprises bear social burden difficulty. It is hard for them to become economic organization that their proposition is to get profit. Changing mechanism of business is limited by national conditions greatly. It is necessary to adopt measures to solve them. |
