Tiivistelmä:An examination of general business ethics literature would show that human resource management does not figure in it very prominently. The focus of interest is on the external relationships which an organization has with its environment, its customers or the local community. The internal relationships which an organization has with its staff are underexplored in the literature. Where human resources are explicitly referred to, the business ethics texts tend to focus on aspects of distributive justice issues.
