There are the articles examined: "Here endeth the lesson," by Michael Pitfield, "Are you switched on," by Mike Cannell, and "Theatrical treatment," by Neil Merrick. It is noted that training has been too susceptible to the "flavor of the month" approach. Training methods like technology-based training, role-playing and mentoring are discussed. |
