| Tiivistelmä: | Capital account crises cope with money crisis as well as bank crisis. Excess debit and credit and fluctuation of macroeconomic basis often result in the course. Facing with crises, time and sequence of capital account-opening should be treated prudently. Once crisis outburst, the country on crisis will immediately have recourse to IMF. In Asian financial crisis, we should pay attention to some points: 1. The relationship between loan condition and market confidence 2. Grace period of liabilities 3. Adapting the prescription for current account crisis to cure capital account crisis. 4. Ratio of capital amplitude requirement. 5. Providing credit through non-market channel 6. During the period of crisis,it is dangerous to carry out decisive and bold structure reform and adjustments. |
