| Tiivistelmä: | The sufficient condition for China to open capital account is the steadiness of domestic policy as well as international effective collaboration. The core of it is strong competitive power of the national economy. Obviously, China's national economy and system still do not have strong competitive power. In this case, it is not wise to open capital account. Time is required for China from entering WTO to opening capital account. |
