| Tiivistelmä: | This article revisits the themes of Working for the Union, an analysis of paid trade union officers working for UK unions, using a fresh set of research findings. Results show limited support for two of the major findings of the earlier study. Union work is performed unlikely by officers with different characteristics and union management systems can be effective in encouraging officers to respond to a new bargaining and organizing agenda. |
