| Tiivistelmä: | The aim of this paper is to examine suppliers' adaptation to a major buyer, and to contribute to past research on the subject. Based on a survey conducted among the suppliers to a major manufacturer and interviews within the buying firm, the research suggests that suppliers make major internal adaptations that are beneficial for the suppliers. |
