After a short list of basic concepts there are five major topics under consideration: (1) how to develop know-hows,which are difficult to imitate; (2) how to enlarge human potential; (3) how to guarantee the experts and the management for the company during its development process; (4) to manage cost factors; (5) to maintain image and publicity. To take right decisions requires a growing level of qualification. |
