| Tiivistelmä: | A model of antecedents of organizational commitment was empirically examined. The sample consisted of employees /N 406/ from a wide variety of organizations. The results of the multiple regression analysis confirmed the hypothesized relationships and the proposed model on antecedents to organizational commitment. The antecedent model has important practical implications for predicting employees' organizational commitment. |
