| Tiivistelmä: | It is no longer possible to try to establish in the old way plans based on the simple analysis of trends or extrapolations drawn from the study of past results, especially now that strategic choices have become a critical element in the survival of companies. Hewlett-Packard France, and in particular the planning department was studied. After evaluation of the department's organizational efficiency, the future and how to make the planning department a commercial asset is analyzed. |
