Influential economists have claimed that it could. The theory and assumptions used to reach that conclusion is examined. There are critically identified various labour market and distributional implications of revenue-sharing pay, and reviewed the evidence on the actual impact of such schemes, which are spreading rapidly in many parts of the world. |
