| Tiivistelmä: | Debate in industrial relations has recently focused on the extent to which the British system has been transformed by the emergence of new political and economic conditions.The controversy between the two groups has covered three main areas of argument over the new industrial relations pattern of institutional regulation, the outcomes of industrial relation processes, and the attitudes of employees and their representatives. A case study of changing industrial relations in Freightliner, a subsidiary of British Rail, is presented. |
