| Tiivistelmä: | Distinction is made between pure, impure and illegal business. Another distinction is pointed out between criminal businesses such as dealing in illegal drugs, and illegal business methods such as bribery and corruption. Case studies are provided for each category. It is argued for that drug pushers' operations can be examined on the basis of their distribution, logistical networks, pricing mechanisms, promotional techniques and market segmentation. The characteristics of illegal business methods are illustrated. |
